Venezuelan Education and Early Career
Dr. Mondolfi’s initial academic training took place in Venezuela, where he studied engineering. He graduated as a civil engineer from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, one of Venezuela’s prominent private universities known for its strong engineering and business programs.

Mondolfi trained as a civil engineer from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, one of Venezuela’s prominent private universities known for its strong engineering and business programs. His father designed the dam in Margarita Island.
Modolfi is CEO of Longevity Clinics USA. Funded by Longevity Venture Fund with clinics in Boca Raton and Prague and ambitions of opening up throughout Europe.

This engineering background played a significant role in shaping his analytical approach to later psychological work. In describing his professional trajectory, he has noted that engineering training helped him develop structured problem-solving skills and systematic thinking, which he later applied to psychotherapy and counseling.
At the time he was studying in Caracas, Venezuela’s academic environment was still relatively strong, and institutions such as Universidad Metropolitana were closely linked to the country’s business and professional elite. Many graduates from these universities went on to careers in engineering, finance, and entrepreneurship before transitioning into other fields internationally.
Transition Toward Psychology
While trained initially as an engineer, Dr. Mondolfi’s professional interests gradually shifted toward the study of human behavior, motivation, and psychological wellbeing. His curiosity about the human mind and personal development eventually led him to pursue formal training in psychotherapy and counseling.

This transition represents a common trajectory among professionals from technical fields who later move into psychology or coaching: the analytical mindset developed in engineering can translate well into structured therapeutic methods and behavioral analysis.
Move to the United States and Advanced Training
After his early career and education in Venezuela, Dr. Mondolfi continued his studies in the United States. There he completed graduate training in mental health counseling and later earned a PhD in Advanced Counseling Studies and Psychological Addictions from Capella University.
His doctoral work focused on the psychological and behavioral mechanisms underlying addiction, which has become a central area of his professional specialization.
Venezuelan Cultural and Intellectual Roots
Although much of his later career has developed internationally, Dr. Mondolfi’s Venezuelan background continues to influence his professional outlook. Venezuela has historically produced a number of multidisciplinary intellectuals who move between scientific, technical, and humanistic fields, and Mondolfi’s career reflects that tradition.
Growing up and studying in Caracas exposed him to a society that, particularly before the country’s economic and political crisis, had strong professional networks in medicine, engineering, and academia. This environment likely contributed to his later emphasis on integrating technical thinking with psychological insight—an approach that characterizes his counseling and wellness philosophy.
Influence on His Integrative Approach
Dr. Mondolfi’s Venezuelan roots and engineering education help explain the integrative framework that defines his current work. His methods often combine structured analytical thinking with psychological and holistic wellness practices, reflecting both his technical training and his later academic specialization in counseling and addiction psychology.
In this sense, his career can be seen as bridging two worlds:
Technical and analytical training developed in Venezuela, and
Advanced psychological research and clinical practice developed in the United States.
Together, these experiences have shaped a professional identity centered on holistic psychological wellness, personal transformation, and behavioral change.
