The development of the Finance and Capital industry council will begin with a  Baseline Report on the financial ecosystem required to support entrepreneurship, innovation, business formation, and economic recovery in Venezuela.

The report will explore all major sources of capital, including venture capital, private equity, family offices, development finance institutions, multilateral organizations, government-backed funding programs, and international non-dilutive financing. It will also assess capital markets, liquidity, and investment opportunities, with particular attention to the Bolsa de Valores de Caracas.

Additional reports will examine emerging financing mechanisms such as digital assets, tokenization, crowdfunding, and cryptocurrencies.

These reports will seek to identify sources of capital for the most promising projects to grow the economy.
